We reserve the right to refuse sale of any of our horses to any person or party for any reason at any time prior to signing a purchase agreement. No brokers or auction companies please! Horses shown by appointment only. All ranch visitors, riding or not, must sign a liability release and fill out a ranch visitor form before or upon arrival. All buyers that are CA residents will pay CA sales tax as enforced by law.
