All buyers must sign a Purchase Agreement, which is a legal binding contract, provided by Sun Colors Ranch LLC, in order for horse sales to be final. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any of our horses to any person or party for any reason at any time prior to signing a purchase agreement. No brokers or auction companies please! We do not sell our horses out of the US. Horses will be shown by appointment only. All ranch visitors, riding or not, must sign a liability release and fill out a ranch visitor form before or upon arrival. All buyers that are CA residents will pay CA sales tax by law.
