Tumbler Care: Hand wash only, no soaking. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Do not drop they are like glass. Do not leave in a hot car, in direct sunlight, or in a fridge or freezer.

Most all of our items are handmade and/or hand decorated and therefore are a form of art and crafts and each are individual and no two are exactly the same. Like with all handmade items they may have some slight imperfections but be assured we put a lot of time and thought into our designs and do the best we can to make them as perfect as possible but really nothing is ever exactly perfect but always unique.

We will ship within 3-5 business days USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. Orders over $45 will include shipping. Orders below $45 will be $8. Large orders that are of over size or weight will include a FOB charge and we will message you if this is applicable.

For orders over $45 within 20 miles we will hand deliver for free. 

Any order can be picked up upon appointment for free.

We hope you don't ever want to return one of our special items but if so we will refund up to 30-days post order date. We will warranty the item for 60 days for defects or failures. Should you drop or break the item in some way we will not refund or replace it. These are breakable items so take care and use caution when handling and follow the care instructions.
